Kindia gladly accepts returns. We issue 100% store credit or offer a refund, we don’t offer exchanges.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a credit or refund.
All the returns should be lodged via email contact@kindia.shop.
The returns portal requires your order number and email address used for the purchase.
We give 100% Store credits. What does 100% store credit mean? Well, If you choose a store credit for your return, we’ll send you a discount code for 100% of the cost of your item(s).
Shipping costs are non-refundable
*PLEASE NOTE* Once you have placed your order you cannot make any changes. This includes cancelling or swapping of any sizes or items within your order. Rest assured we do have a flexible returns policy should you receive your order and its not quite right for you.
- Garments must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed & tags on.
- Return address is sent to you once you have lodged your return request via email.
- Return shipping method and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
- Return delivery costs for faulty or incorrectly supplied items will be the responsibility of Kindia.shop.
- if the return occurs because the customer does not want to pay duties and taxes of which they are responsible, the return shipping cost will be deducted from refund.
- Please note that as we’re a small team returns are processed once a week, so please allow up to 7 days for your return to be processed once we receive the item/s.
- You will receive an email with your store credit details once kindia.shop has processed the return.
- You will receive a courtesy email advising once kindia.shop processed the return.
